1. Introduction

We’re not just another training provider — we’re a launchpad for career changers, professionals, and businesses seeking real-world capability and impactful results in project delivery, strategy, and transformation.

These Terms of Service outline what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how we ensure fairness, professionalism, and quality across every service we offer.

By purchasing any MABY service, product, or tool — or engaging in our platform — you agree to these Terms in full. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.

2. What We Offer

MABY delivers a high-impact ecosystem of services designed to support individuals, teams, and organizations across the career, delivery, and transformation journey. Our six core offerings include:

1. Career Development Programs
Structured 20-week flagship courses and standalone digital modules built to accelerate career transitions and tech capability.
2. Hands-On Internships & Simulations
Built-in project work, live simulations, and capstone showcases to build confidence, credibility, and practical delivery skills.
3. Coaching, Mentorship & Alumni Support
Ongoing guidance through job clinics, 1:1 mentorship, and alumni engagement for long-term career success.
4. Tools as a Service (TaaS)
Ready-to-use delivery templates, change management tools, dashboards, and stakeholder resources for professionals and teams.
5. Business Consulting & Delivery Support
Strategic services for organizations across Project Management, Business Analysis, and PMO, including process design, delivery frameworks, capability uplift, and outsourced project support.
6. Employer Partnerships & Masterclasses
Industry-led sessions, employer collaboration, and workforce development initiatives that bridge education and hiring.

You may access these services via our LMS, live sessions, coaching portals, consulting engagements, or digital toolkits.

 
 

3. Installment Policy

Installment plans are available for flagship and advanced programs. These are split into three equal payments over eight weeks, with a £100 administrative surcharge compared to the one-time payment option.

The first payment is required before any access to course content, toolkits, or coaching is granted.
The second payment is due by week 4.
The third payment is due by week 8.

Failure to meet installment terms will result in:

Immediate suspension from all services, content, and support
A £50 reinstatement fee to restore access
Permanent deactivation if the outstanding balance is not resolved within 2 weeks
 
 

4. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

We value transparency and protect the integrity of our services with the following refund terms:

All course and service purchases are final.
A 24-hour grace window after your first payment allows for refund requests only if access has not been used (no login, no content download, no live sessions).
Digital toolkits, templates, and TaaS products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their instant download nature.
Once LMS access is granted, content is downloaded, or a session is attended, the service is considered active and non-refundable.
Approved refunds (within grace period) are processed within 7–21 business days to the original payment method.
 
 

5. Alumni Access & Project Extensions

We offer ongoing support while keeping things structured and fair:

Flagship course participants receive 12 months of access to all content and tools from the date of enrollment.
Individual module participants receive 4 months of access per module.

After access expires:

Rejoining the flagship course is available at 80% of the current course fee.
Alumni may join a new live project rotation (outside of their original cohort) for a 30% participation fee, which supports project facilitation, mentoring, and feedback.

These options ensure flexibility without compromising the structure or learning experience for others.

 
 

6. Internship Verification & Reference Requests

At MABY, we take references seriously. They reflect your effort, consistency, and contribution.

We provide verification-based references only for the course and internship period.
We do not offer general work experience references.
To qualify, you must complete:
• 100% of course modules
• All live sessions
• All assignments, group work, and deliverables
Reference requests must be made through the official MABY form and must include a short summary of your contributions and outcomes.

This ensures that every reference we provide is genuine, respected, and valuable to your job search.
